Wonderful magical scenery through scenic remote villages. Some of the best outdoor views in the world. Espwcially when you start seeing the mountain peaks like ama dablam pumori etc. The physical side is tough and days are long and so is getting used to altitude but its a unique worthwhile experience.

The views and environment are breathtaking. I didn't fully know what to expect when booking, which I think enriched my overall experience. I've never seen, and been surrounded by, such beautiful mountains. I've also never been so cold for such a prolonged period of time, but the pain is definitely worth the gain. Something I'll never forget.

As for the EBC Trek - we couldnt have asked for more! Everything was arranged in great detail by Surya, and our guide Babu was a fun and friendly guy who is very knowledgeable about the geography, nature, culture and history of the area. Babu knows when to push you a little but is also very patient when you need him to be. We also very much liked our porter Raju, who was also very kind, helpful and friendly. Surya only works with the best people. We also liked that Asian Journey Treks is willing to accommodate smaller groups, as my gf and I were the only two people with our guide. More attention was put on our needs that way, and not the needs of a large group of strangers. Overall - we couldnt have asked for more. Thanks Surya, Babu and Raju.
