As our guides said, the first time you come to Nepal it's for the mountains, the next time you come it's for the people. The trek itself was amazing - mountain views, huge vistas, helicopter flights. The accommodations and food were all nice as well, and we were treated with a lot of hospitality. However, what truly made the trip memorable were our two guides Rishi and Santosh. These guys took their time to get to know all of the members of our large 27 student group personally and were always able to crack a joke to lighten the mood. They supported us on the mountain and spent their free time with us talking/playing cards back at the tea houses. We had conversations every night and they taught us A LOT about the Nepalese culture and traditions and made sure that we always felt comfortable in their country. When we had a free day in Kathmandu after the trek they graciously spent their free time giving us a bike tour around Kathmandu, a great way to see the city. They started the trip as two guides to me, but really left the trip as two friends. I will definitely be visiting Nepal and these guys again in the future.

The trekking was excellent. This local operator is a very serious and professional trekking agency, we had a very good experience. Before the trekking: good communication, best price. The agency helped us from arrival to departure. Our price was correct and it was true. We got a good duffel bag, sleeping bag and down jacket. Our guide was Chandra Puri. He is an very very good guide. He looked after every houres about us. He know everything about Khumbu region and local culture. We study a lot about Nepal and the Everest mountains. He was very flexible and easy going, so we could adjust the plans according to what suited us best everyday. Maybe he arranged wery good weather too Thank you Chandra! You are best!

This local operator went above and beyond our expectations - My friend and I have always wanted todo this trek and we had an amazing time with our guide Susil and only one other trekker which made the trip very relaxed. It was so nice to have everything organised and not feel rushed to get to the next place each day as our guide had good connections who helped to reserve accommodation for us. Our guide also didn't push us too hard and factored in plenty of rest stops and even brought flasks of hot chocolate and tea along on acclimatisation days and to base camp. Khum stayed in constant contact with us which was nice.
