This local operator went above and beyond our expectations - My friend and I have always wanted todo this trek and we had an amazing time with our guide Susil and only one other trekker which made the trip very relaxed. It was so nice to have everything organised and not feel rushed to get to the next place each day as our guide had good connections who helped to reserve accommodation for us. Our guide also didn't push us too hard and factored in plenty of rest stops and even brought flasks of hot chocolate and tea along on acclimatisation days and to base camp. Khum stayed in constant contact with us which was nice.

The Langtang Valley trek is beautiful. But you probably don't really need a guide (unless you are traveling alone and want to be cautious). It can also be done in fewer days than are indicated, depending on fitness level.
