The trip arrangement is caring and nice. I can feel the kindness and sincerity of Nepali from the guide Bishnu. The view of Poon-Hill is excellent and the trekking site reveals the natural beauty of Nepal. This is a rare experience in my hometown.

I only enquired to join the trek 2 weeks before the start date but Chhatra was very helpful and gave me lots of information and confidence to join the trek with his company. I was met in Kathmandu and introduced to the trekking group and also brought around Thamel to buy important trekking equipment (at a good price). Throughout the trek, the guides and porters always put our welfare first. They made sure we had good warm rooms, we had food to eat first before they ate and we had lots of fun during the trek. It was and still is an unbelievable experience for me, all the more made better by Chhatra's company and our excellent guides and porters.

From start to finish this was the smoothest trip I have ever had. Upendra was quick to respond with all questions prior, arranged transportation to and from airport to hotel before and after trek, and then raju was truly the best guide imaginable. Aside from his knowledge of the region, raju always made sure to take care of us with meals and the best accommodations and looked after me when I wasn’t feeling well from altitude the night before base camp. We were worried about weather to get out of Lukla and raju eased our minds that we would be taken care of if other arrangements needed to be made to get home safely. Luckily we had perfect weather the entire trip, and I think he may have been our good luck charm. I will send all of my friends to this local tour operator and specifically to ask for Raju when they visit Nepal!
