On the positive side the company had provided a good guide and a great porter. They were very helpful and responsive to our questions and flexible with our demands. They seem to have as a company a lot of experience and resources. They really seem to be one of the largest in Nepal. Nepal Vision is more an Umbrella Brand for several smaller Trekking Agencies. The negative side of our experience revolved mostly around the accommodations. It was advertised that we will be provided the "best accommodations available", our expectations were to have mid range to good places to stay, however the places were in many cases much worse than mid range places in the same towns. The way companies work is that they have long term relationships with a specific tea house and you can only stay and eat in that specific tea house (the guide is only allowed to take you there, for sleeping, breaks, etc). Basically you get the best available rooms but in the tea houses they have a relationship with. If the tea house is terrible, bad luck you are stuck there. This might make some sense in getting better service, but they really need to reevaluate more often the tea houses they use. In the case of Nepal Vision in many little towns the accommodations while once upon a time might have been good nowadays are really below standard, specially in Phakding, Pangboche and Namche (the Nest at Namche has a really bad problem with toxic Fungus in all rooms with showers). The other issue with had a problem with was the difference between what was advertised and what it was provided. For example, is advertised that water will be provided the small detail is that the water they will provide is not bottled water is just water from the local stream or well with iodine pills. Another example is that in the advertisement is mentioned that tea, coffee, etc are included but the detail is that only 1 cup per meal is allowed. This led to the awkward situation of the guide policing how many cups we have per day. So I would recommend to set expectations right, ask for a detail clarification of what is and what isnt included before you book. I really doubt that other agencies provide bottled water to their customers (or if the bottled water is actually bottled water and not just river water with a fake seal) or if they will not count your cups, but at least you know from the beginning what to expect.
An amazing Manaslu Circuit Trek experience.

The Manaslu Circuit Trek has been one of the greatest experiences of mine and my wifes life. It isnt something to take lightly as it is extremely challenging physically and mentally but thanks to the expert leadership from our guide Raju and our amazing porter Dawa it was a truly rewarding experience that we will never forget. Raju and Dawa could not have been any more kind or helpful and they are a true credit to themselves and the amazing Manaslu Conservation Area. Thank you!!

Just completed a 10 days trekking tour to Everest Base camp which was organized by this local travel specialist. Khum and his team did a great job and have been from day one very supportive. Everything worked out properly and I can highly recommend.
