Fantastic Trek with a Fantastic Company

the Trek to EBC was a bucket list item for me, and it definitely did not disappoint! The views...holy moly the views! To be surrounded by so many giant peaks was such an incredibly humbling experience. The teahouses (food and accommodation) along the way were clean and comfortable. They provide warm blankets the higher up you go, which you definitely needed at night as it got quite chilly! The trek itself wasn't as challenging as we had anticipated. Sure, it was strenuous at times, but totally manageable as long as you go at your own pace. It's almost like falling into your own walking meditation. The distances and durations of trekking each day were perfect. Not too long to leave you completely exhausted, but not too short that you felt like there was too much 'down' time in between days.

Me and my friend went on the Annapurna Base Camp trek and it was a really fantastic experience! I have never trekked before, and for me it was an excellent first time trek with ABC. Our guide was very helpful and if we were feeling a bit exhausted or nauseous he was very sweet and patient with us. When we arrived to the guesthouses we sat and played cardgames with the guide, the porters and another trekker, very funny and cozy! Unfortunately the guide was a bit persistent with us writing a review, but all in all, it was an amazing experience and i highly recommend Migendra !!
