Beautiful route with great people.

It was one of my most memorable trips. The route was beautiful all the way from start to the base camp. It was like going through all seasons in one trip; summer and raining season in tropical forest, then fall and winter. There was heavy snow on our last day before reaching the basecamp. There were 10 of us including 3 children. The tour guides and porters were accommodating and taken good care of us. They even went out of their ways arranging surprised birthday parties for our two kids; setting up a table arranged wild flowers in shape of mountain peaks and "Happy Birthday". It was beautiful and touching - a memorable day for us all. I was thankful for their kindness. We'll definitely use their service again for our next trip in Nepal. Highly recommended.

Excellent holiday in Nepal but the level 2 grading is misleading as the walks on two of the days are far harder than level 2. This point has been raised in several reviews by previous travellers and should be picked up by the tour operator. The trip code TNX includes a really good mix with trekking, rafting and wildlife. Accommodation was of a really good standard - trekking lodges, Pokhara and Kasara Lodge (Chitwan). The hotel at Kathmandu was perfectly OK but 11 for a beer and soft drink was excessive even for hotel prices.

Loved the whole trip in spite of my hiking buddy becoming quite ill, meaning a rather slow trek. The organisation was superb, our guide, Bhim, friendly and accommodating, the scenery spectacular and the trek exciting at times as we crossed recent avalanches and shared the swaying bridges with frisky, stubborn goats. An amazing experience of a lifetime.
