Great tour very well organised, if you get the chance take the optional tour to Alambra Palace it was magnificent as was the optional to Sinta. Marysol did a great job of keeping us organised and on time. Hotels were very good as was the optional dinners. Another great Expat experience ????????
Challenging off-season walking on the Costa Blanca A wonderful week of challenging walking in stunning limestone scenery. The November weather was perfect for walking, and we were not troubled by high winds on the summits and so were able to enjoy leisurely late lunches and take in the magnificent views. We stayed in the comfortable family-run El Trestallador Pension which had splendid views from the terrace down to the coast. The evening meals were more than adequate for a group of hungry and tired walkers and consisted of a variety of regional specialities. There were very few other walkers out on the hills during the week and it all felt very remote, despite the proximity to Benidorm.
I enjoyed the tour. The total region was rather extensive, requiring a lot of driving time. Luisa, the bus driver, Marco, the tour director, and the local guides were all courteous and patient. A trip focusing on two or three metro regions with more local activities might be an additional option.
