What a fantastic walking trip - beautiful scenery, well organised and varied walks, and enhanced by a lovely group of fellow-walkers. Eduardo is a first class guide, and manages to accommodate everybody's abilities. This was the Grade 5 level walk, which was quite challenging towards the end of the week, mainly due to the unseasonably hot weather.. But so rewarding. My first trip with Exodus. Can't wait to book the next one!

Beautiful tour of Spain and Portugal, went as a solo female traveller and made some great friends. Marysol was amazing, energetic, kind and taught us a lot. Would've been nice to have more time in Granada and Porto but amazing chance to try each place out Loved seeing the smaller towns such as Obidos, Ronda and Toledo!

If you want to discover the treasures that Central America holds then this is the trip. From the erupting heights of the volcanoes in Nicaragua through the readiness of the tropical forests and coastlines of Costa Rica and finishing at the engineering practical of the Panama Canal. Throughout the tour we were encouraged, befriended and guided by our 4 tour leaders. All of this could not have been possible without our bikes being loaded, unloaded, transported, oiled, and pumped by the magnificent quatro, so all we had to do was hanker down and cycle and have a fantastic time.
