Vietnam Tour Operator is a very professional agency and the service provided was impeccable. From Europe, they organized a 10-day tailor-made trip for us throughout Vietnam from North to South with, at each stopover, our family being taken care of by guides or local correspondents from the agency. Each stage was very well organized and both our wishes and our travel constraints were all taken into account in the planning. In addition to their benevolence and sympathy, their professionalism deserves respect. Definitely to do with them again.

In my opinion, the success of these trips depends mainly on 3 factors - the itinerary and logistics, the guide and the fellow group participants. For me, the three were excellent. As always, the attention to detail from Exodus’ side was impeccable from the choice of hotels to the choice of snacks in between rides. Yes this is a fast moving full on trip as clearly laid out in the trip notes so if you like lie ins and lazing on the beach type of holidays think again! But to see so much of Vietnam in 2 weeks this is expected.

We had a truly great trip! The itinerary and organization were excellent, ensuring we made the most of our time. The hotels were perfectly situated in central locations, allowing us easy access to the attractions. The guides, particularly in SaPa, Halong Bay, Mekong Delta, and Angkor Wat, were exceptional, providing us with valuable insights and making our experiences even more memorable. One of the highlights was the variety of the holiday, allowing us to explore different destinations and immerse ourselves in the local culture. We thoroughly enjoyed sampling the delicious local cuisine, which added another layer of enjoyment to our journey. Our tour guide helped us with great support in preparing for our trip. She was instrumental in ensuring everything was in order, and any minor issues we encountered during the trip were quickly rectified. Overall, it was an amazing journey filled with incredible experiences. We are grateful for the exceptional services provided and highly recommend this trip to others.
