What a great way to see and experience so much in just 2 weeks. This trip is great for anyone wanting to see the highlights that South Vietnam, Cambodia, and Bangkok have to offer. The local guides, Trang (Vietnam), Channa (Cambodia), and Nai (Thailand) all ensured we had smooth transfers, shared their local customs enthusiastically, and made sure we were having the best experience we could have. They varied itinerary timings to get the best out of locations, and we did so much!! From the opulence of palaces and temples, to historical sites, local homestay, and a variety of boat trips, big and small, this trip kept on giving. Be prepared for a lot of travelling, predominantly on buses, but Exodus do well breaking up the journeys with interesting stop-offs. Of course the food is amazing, with local recommendations and even street food and treats picked out by our Guides which I'd highly recommend trying. From the busy to the odd chill-out beach day on Rabbit Island, every day brought new adventures with a group of like-minded travellers. Would highly recommend.

This truly was an adventure in Vietnam! From busy and interesting Hanoi to a lovely overnight in Halong Bay. The night train journey to Hue was an experience ; I slept well, though probably in the minority! Hue is a lovely city with its Citadel, and we had a delicious meal at a local family house. Hoi An is wonderful, a very walkable town and full of character and lanterns. We were glad to spent 3 nights there. Ho Chi Minh City is a fascinating city ; from there to a most enjoyable trip to the Mekong Delta and a homestay on an island. A perfect trip!

Nana was the most incredible tour guide. From the moment he picked me up from the airport, he welcomed me and the rest of the group with open arms and made us feel so comfortable and able to ask any questions. He was very informative with any of my worries or questions as this was my first trip to Asia and first tour that I’ve booked. I would 100% do it again. We did lots of fabulous activities and Nana always helped to provide the best out of every opportunity. I stepped outside of my comfort zone by trying new foods which he suggested, and encouraged lots of group discussion which made me make friends more easily. The transport was great, very comfortable and smooth sailing all the way. Over Songkran, Nana encouraged us to get involved which was one of the highlights of the trip. The environment made Siem Reap very memorable. He also gave us different suggestions for things to do in the various areas which was great as it gave everyone the opportunity to either do an activity or to have down time. As well as this, the boat trip from Koh Rong was stunning. The scenery and whole experience of snorkelling was magical, and the sunset was the best I’ve ever seen and would make me want to return purely for that. Nana is a very special person and truly made my experience of Cambodia altogether. My only critique was the homestay in Koh Rong, it was very unclean and the breakfast service wasn’t good at all. On our last day on checkout, we waited 45 minutes to be served our food by which point we had to leave for our boat. The location of it was great but I would maybe suggest trying another accommodation.
