We had a truly incredible experience exploring Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Sapa, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh, and Siem Reap. Our guides were punctual and easy to locate; they communicated clearly and possessed extensive knowledge about the destinations. They were flexible in adapting the itinerary to our interests, ensuring a personalized experience. In the sweltering humidity, they provided refreshing cold water and wet towels and maintained a comfortable pace throughout the tours. The team promptly resolved any issues we encountered at one of the hotels. We highly recommend this group for their exceptional service!

Overall a memorable, very well organised and thoroughly enjoyable trip. Extremely good tour guide and all of the staff involved. Without the immediate response of Binh in moving us out of the MotherHome Inn it would have left an enduring disappointment at the end of the trip.

This was such a brilliant holiday - amazing scenery, fabulous food, fun activities, culture and history. We shared it with 5 other families, who all got on fabulously (adults and children) - there was always someone to chat to and share the experiences with. Having a tour guide really helps you get the most from the holiday - especially reserving tables for us all at some of the best eateries - and also takes the stress out of any aspect of the holiday. We saw so much of this beautiful country in such a short space of time, but still had time to relax and chill out!
