Our guide was so kind and responded so quickly. We came up with a custom trip to Vietnam that fit within my budget. I was very excited with our plans but life circumstances forced me to cancel the trip 6 months in advance. She was so understanding and promptly refunded my deposit with no fees. Our two week trip with this travel specialist around Vietnam was fantastic. We are family of 7 with 3 kids. Using this service is a good investment due to its efficiency and reliability. Our tour guides were excellent, the hotels were lovely, and the schedule was tailored to our preferences. Junie worked with us until everything was perfect and her responses were detailed and quick. We have used this agency before for our travels to Southeast Asia. Using them to organize our travels has been a fantastic decision. We think this is the best place to arrange a trip.
