When I took the Exodus flyer from my windscreen 8 years ago at my local trail centre, I knew I'd be going on a cycling holiday one day... and that day has just been. Cuba did not disappoint - it is a perfect destination for a holiday like this. Lots of cycling and lots of culture... oh and lots of Mojitos!

This trip was everything I expected and then some. Offering a unique way of engaging with a beautiful and fascinatingly contrasting landscape. A winning blend of physical exercise, laughter, fun and 'nourishment' - don’t expect much cola with your Cuba Libres - this trip is a blast for anyone who is generally fit and healthy, from complete novice’s like me to the more experienced riders. Physically you’ll leave stronger, healthier with a profound sense of personal achievement, and an urgent need to plan the next trip!

Cuba is a wonderful island with diverse countryside, sunshine, beaches, beautiful and historic spanish cities, cars, cigars and very friendly people. I was very lucky as I travelled with a really nice group which also makes the holiday special. This is a cultural and historical experience not to be missed.
