Hot, humid and hilly! A wonderful trip hopping from the Caribbean to the Pacific twice. Breathtaking scenery as we ascended into the cloud forest. Such diversity of flora and fauna, and unusually stunning creatures to be seen along the way.

Saw so much of Mexico including Day of the Dead Festival. Lots of fantastic scenery, culture and history not to mention food and art.Be prepared for some long days and windy, mountain roads.

The service and the organization of the trip thru Maayke were very good and everything worked out as planned. Thank you! From my experience and to future travellers I must say that three nights at Trinidad are too many - especially when you are staying another two nights at la Boca. The rest of the trip was nicely planned and the Casa particulars are all at a good level with friendly hosts.
