What an amazing experience! We learnt so much from our guide Luis. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We visited several markets during our tour, markets that we wouldn't have known about otherwise. He recommended a variety of different foods to try and helped us navigate the tube system. A very well organised trip with a great leader who kept us motivated and entertained. Cuba is changing fast so great to see it firsthand. Cycling conditions were pretty good although it got hot afternoon when the combination of the heat and the hills meant the going got tough from time to time.

Fantastic memorable trip and experience cycling across three Central American countries. Highly recommended. Be sure to put in some hill preparation work before you go its not a flat area :-)
