All around enjoying tour. The tour director Ron did a great job with logistics, commentary, and coordination. The tour was well paced, not too frenetic, with enough activities to keep you engaged, but enough free time so you don't feel rushed.

Fantastic to see three amazing countries on two wheels, it was an incredible trip and the scenery is just stunning. There are so many highs like cycling around a volcano, the undulating fast rides in Costa Rica were so much fun, riding a long the beach and seeing amazing wildlife. Having a dip in the volcanic hot springs was amazing too. The food was excellent and our leader Memo (Guilermo Sanchez) had the most amazing sense of humour and made the trip even more special. There were a few hard climbs but when you reach the top and see the stunning views - its worth it and there was so much support. If you get a chance to go - do it.

This was an awesome trip, it exceeded all my expectations and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone with a love for the outdoors, gorgeous scenery and challenging hikes. This is a hiking trip, its full on and for the most part you will be busy hiking! There are a couple of opportunities to spend time in Jasper and Banff, catch up with laundry or do some souvenir shopping, but for me it was all about the Rockies and enjoying panoramas that no photograph could ever do justice! All the hikes are perfectly doable if you have a good level of fitness and a real desire to get to the top! Youre in the Rockies, the elevation gain is going to be tough, but all the pain will be forgotten the second you get to the top every hike has a prize of the most spectacular views!
