I did the 18 day intro tour and it was the trip of a lifetime! It covers all the must see places in Thailand and offers a wide range of activities, from temple visits to snorkeling to nights out. Activities are generally led by local guides, which makes the experience more authentic. I particularly enjoyed learning about Buddhism from Tik and about the jungle and Karen people from Lan. Last, but definitely not least, our group leader, Dan Woodward, went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the group is fully enjoying the experience in the safest way. He very knowledgeable about the Thai culture, friendly, reliable and, maybe most importantly, Dan truly cares about the people in his group.
Smile and Ali have been amazing, they have looked after us so well on the northern Thailand trip, they have given us support throughout our trip and with ongoing travel, they have a lot of knowledge on thai culture and history which has been great to learn through the tour, all of the activities have been really fun and great for team building, we have seen some amazing places such as 7 levels of waterfalls, elephant sanctuary, jungle hike, the Thai community, temples and many more. It’s great value for money for so many adventures! I would definitely recommend this travel specialist and smile and ali to my friends and family they have made every bit amazing! Thank you :) xxx
I just finished the 18 day Intro Thailand trip. It was an amazing experience with an even better group of people. The group leader, Dan Woodward was helpful and brought good, positive energy to the group while being professional. Any questions or concerns I had were answered or sorted straight away. By the end of the trip, I felt like we were all one big family. Anyone doing this trip is in for one hell of an adventure and would be lucky to have Dan W as their group leader.
