Through this travel specialist I completed the Northern Thailand tour guided by Sea. Over the 14 days we experienced a variety of different activities including temples, natural parks and waterfalls, markets, an elephant sanctuary and so much more. The agency made the whole experience alot easier and made my first backpacking type trip less daunting. When we arrived and met on the first night Sea was so warm and welcoming. Since then she has gone above and beyond to make sure everyone was feeling okay and enjoying their time whether this was arranging activities and transport that weren’t originally in the itinerary; to buying medicine and food for group members when they were unwell, even when she wasn’t well herself. She was our biggest cheerleader, encouraging us to try new things and get the most out of our experience. She was really knowledgable, providing us with so much information around all the different temples and activities. She was more like another friend in the group than a guide. She made an amazing experience even more special, I couldn’t recommend her and the tour enough.

Our boy Tommy. I don’t think any of us on this trip expected to have a guide who was more just one of the group than anything else. He’s been absolutely phenomenal from start to finish and we all love and are going to miss him so much. Such a great guy who is amazing at what he does and I think I speak on behalf of the whole group when I say that we wish him every success and happiness in his life, whatever that looks like. The insight which he has been able to provide us with during the trip and the way he has taken care of us and any problems that we’ve had is amazing, and he is a massive credit to himself and to his company. We love you Tommy!

Ali was the perfect tour guide ! Even before arrival he was checking in making sure we were all prepared for the trip. As soon as I arrived he could not do enough was always on hand for any questions. He really did make the tour ! An all round great guy who the company are lucky to have !
