Ive just finished the 18 day Thailand Intro tour led by Zoe. I did go into this trip without having ventured out of Europe properly and was worried as a solo traveller. From start to finish you are completely looked after with genuine care and empathy and every single person in the group felt supported and put at ease throughout the trip. The trip completely blew me away, everyday was filled with so many amazing activities as well as plenty of down time to spend your time how youd like too. Khao Sok National Park is the most beautiful place Ive ever seen, the elephant sanctuaries and the jungle trek were just a few other incredible highlights but everyday was so fun. Ive made some friends for life through this trip, my first solo trip at 30 years old and many more to come now thanks to Intro - I honestly cant recommend it enough. As for Zoe, I think me and the group feel like we won the lottery getting her - shes an absolute credit to Intro and is amazing at what she does. She has the perfect personality to bring a group together especially some who were not as confident or maybe more introverted, we soon all became part of a little family despite only knowing each other for 2-3 weeks. Zoe was always the one to keep spirits high with her constant singing and dancing to keep us all laughing and entertained. There hasnt been a single day which hasnt involved belly laughs! We had a fairly large group through the 18 days and we had such a strong bond by the end of it - the holiday blues have well and truly kicked in now, if youre unsure about whether to book a trip, just do it - I have come back with memories to last a lifetime and friends all around the world - its the best thing Ive ever done. Thank you Zoe for being awesome and dont ever change

Honestly, the northern Thailand tour was incredible. The sights and places that are visited are excellent and you are constantly on the move. I have experienced once in a life time opportunities that I will never forget! The tour is so well organised and I wondered how we would fit everything in but we did it!!! I have met some incredible people and made some friends for life! The elephant sanctuary was the best experience of my life. I will remember that for the rest of my life. Now on to the mist important part - our guides. Gogi and Ali were the perfect tour guides. They were all helpful and welcoming and positive. I had a few accidents on the tour and they were so attentive. They checked, cleaned and dressed my cuts everyday. I’ve never been made to feel so comfortable in the company of two people I didn’t know and they are just such wonderful people. They deserve so much praise and appreciation because the job is 24 hours a day and they strive to help however they can. My group was a huge one of 23 people and Ali and Gogi made sure they knew everyone and made everyone feel involved. Also I special shout out to Jarvis and his son Vill from the village stay. Jarvis helped me throughout the trek and constantly ensured everyone was happy and ok. Wonderful people! I will never forgot this experience mainly because of Ali and Gogi being incredible! Thank you so much! You deserve a huge pay rise and bonus!!!!

This is a cycling trip not for the 'faint hearted' It is a truly cultural experience which takes you to the heart and soul of the local people in the remote mountains and valleys of Laos. It would be almost impossible to get to this part of Laos without cycling and without the knowledge and back up of the local leaders and drivers.
