WE LOVE SMILE I booked onto the 14 Day Northern Thailand Adventure as I wanted my first experience solo travelling to be with a local guide, with a small group of people and to have the ease of having everything planned out. Our tour guide Smile made sure that we were constantly happy, from giving us a great induction on the first night about Thai culture, to making us laugh with his silly stories and funny dance moves. He gave us clear instructions every night about the next days itinerary, helped communicate in Thai to local people for us and answered any questions or sorted any problems out imminently and with no bother. He was constantly happy and upbeat, and I genuinely feel that the group dynamic was improved because of how easy going he was as a tour leader! I would recommend my experience to everyone and I want to pass on a special thanks to Smile and my tour buddies for making it the best experience possible for my first two weeks solo in SE Asia ❤️

I just completed the 18 day Thailand trip. Would defo recommend Intro Travel. My guide Val was great, super friendly and helpful. I also had a great group which was nice.

I had the most amazing time on the trip. All the activities were so well planed! Sonny and Max are the best tour guides and made the whole experience so amazing, they were so attentive and made sure every individual person was happy and having the best time!
