Both guides Scotty and Whiskey were great guides that made you feel safe and welcome. They were great at making accommodations for any situations that arose and brought positive energy that made the tours fun. If you had any questions or problems they answered quickly and tended to you, even if it was as simple as coming to kill a bug in your room. Having tour guides as nice and reliable as them made my solo travel experience exponentially better. As a single woman traveling alone in a country you’re not a native speaker of- having great guides is a top priority. They were well informed about all the areas we visited. Some of the accommodations could’ve been better. The Chang Mai hotel has the worst bed in the world, I never knew they made beds that hard and we spend the most amount of time in the Chang Mai hotel. I had reoccurring neck pain from the low quality bed.

Our trip to Bangkok was amazing. So many memories. Definitely will be back. I believe we saw as much as we could for the short time we were there. Definitely got a good view of many historical and cultural landmarks that are most important to the Thai people. Our transfer to and from airport was easy and quick. The transfers throughout the stops on our days of touring went with ease. Steve our guide was fantastic and that would be an understatement. He is so knowledgeable and so friendly and inviting. He definitely customized the tour to our likings helped us negotiate with street vendors. My husband loves spicy food so he made sure all of the foods we tasted all the Thai dishes that our favorite along with recommending new dishes and making sure the food was spicy enough for my husbands liKing. I honestly can’t speak more highly about him. I will return back to Bangkok just because of him and the hospitality of the Thai people. So glad we were assigned him as our guide. I would recommend your services to any friends traveling to any of the destinations you offer with your company.

Just finished the 18 days in Thailand with Intro! For my first solo travelling experience I couldnt have wished for much more, we didnt have to worry about a single thing, and we got to experience so many once in a life time opportunities. Special shout out to our group leader Dan, he completely made the experience, he went above and beyond for every person on the trip and made everyone feel at ease throughout the whole trip. Made friends and memories for life!
