Just completed the 18 days Thailand intro tour and I must say it was the best experience of my life Our leader Charlie was just fantastic ¸ He made everything so fun and carefree. He was not only informative but truly caring. Everyone felt so comfortable. I saw many times where he went above and beyond to make sure everyone on the tour were having the best experience. The locals love him!! Hes great craic and loves a boogie (even tried some Irish dancing which was impressive). I was so nervous doing a group tour but we honestly felt like a big family!! A lot of tears today when we were leaving but we will definitely stay in contact!! I would highly recommend!! Already thinking of booking another tour !! ¸

First and foremost it all started with our guide Antonio. He really stressed the fact that over the tour we were a family. I and many others really took that to heart. As a result, we were a very close group and forged lifelong friendships. From there Antonio did a great job of laying out each day. What to look for, what we will experience, be flexible, etc. It really helped throughout the tour. Antonio also did a great job of adding detail and color throughout each day. Antonio also did a great job of making suggestions based upon his observations of the couples and other attendees. Our driver Onorio was amazing! Great respect for how hard these two worked throughout! We also had Mayra who was learning the Italy tour and she was also great. She will be a great guide!

I was satisfied with Buddha Trekking and Expedition prompt email correspondence, meet / greet at airport, transfers to and from hotel and the trekking guide. I was very disappointed with the chosen climbing guide that took over at Island Peak Base camp. He was arrogant and dismissive when I needed to take a break to drink some; while crossing the glacier and being short ropped together he tugged on the rope as to say that I was walking too slow which caused me to stumble and fall several times which is particularly dangerous when walking on glaciers riddled with crevasses. I would rate this high if better care was taken in which mountain guides are used.
