Great weather and fantastic service The whole hot air balloon experience was great because the weather, the crew and the fantastic service were perfect. Our pilot (Andy) was very friendly and an amazing leader to show us the most attractive places in Melbourne from the sky. We took great pictures of the Rod Laver Arena, MCG stadium, F1 track, and the beautiful city of Melbourne. The experience didn't stop there as we're taken to have a delicious buffet breakfast with a wonderful view at the Sofitel Hotel. We highly recommend "Picture This Ballooning" for this experience because they arranged our early pickup, took care of us during the trip and finally dropped us off at our next destination.
Simply put - best trip of my life! Australia tour was great, luxurious hotels, unique experiences like sailing on Quicksilver boat to Great Barrier Reef and flying in a hot air balloon over Uluru/Red rocks on sunrise! If you’re thinking of booking this tour, just do it.
Absolutely recommend the Oz Intro trip Our guide was Ben and he looked after us the whole time and was amazingly helpful nothing was too much to ask for the entire trip, beginning with pickup at the airport. Its crazy how much we were able to cover in such a short time like trivia night at scary canary, jet boarding, private harbour cruise, surf camp, sandboarding, dolphin cruise, wine tasting, hiking up mountains, Bondi to Coogee coastal walk, dinner in the Sydney tower, and so much more.
