Whale Watching in Sydney: All you need to know
Each year, whales migrate up Australia’s east coast from their feeding grounds in the Antarctic to their mating and calving grounds in the Coral Sea. Whale sightings in Sydney are common, as around 15,000 whales swim past Sydney annually, making the whale-spotting season an unusually long one. Anyone who has been whale watching in Sydney during this annual migration cannot help but be entranced by these majestic giants romping in warm waters. Visitors can readily see the famous humpbacks and southern right whales from onboard a whale watching cruise, from the air on a scenic charter flight, from a cliff top trail on North and South Head, and even occasionally from the shore, as the ever-curious whales are known to swim right inside Sydney Harbour.

Excellent tour on all levels. Our first coach trip and certainly not the last. Carolyn you were spectacular on every level. So much local knowledge of Tasmania, a great sense of humour and a wonderful caring human. Looking forward to our next trip.

New Zealand was favorite part of tour, beautiful and more relaxing. Josh Bassett, tour guide, was exceptional, friendly and provided wealth of helpful information . Disappointed in coral reef experience, did not see a lot of colorful fish

All of this tour was excellent! My husband and I really enjoyed New Zealand , a beautiful country and wonderful friendly people. We really enjoyed Australia. We really liked Sydney, lots to do there! We only wish we would have had one more day there! But, that leaves it open for us to go back!

Excellent trip. Covered many highlights within Australia and New Zealand. So many memories were created during our visit. The only change would be to add an additional day at Christchurch to explore its downtown beauty.
