Overall, I had a great time. Love that the group size was small at only 20 people. It meant that the group hung out together a lot and our tour guide got to know us quite well. I think the tour should be longer such as 13-15 days rather than 10. We didn’t get enough time in places to really ‘delve deep’ such as Porto and Barcelona. I’d suggest 2 nights in each major destination so we can really explore a place. I think this would help with the long drives in Spain as well. Would recommend as a taster to Portugal and Spain!

Rita, our tour guide, was excellent. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and cheerful. Our driver, Julio, was an excellent driver and we certainly felt safe with him. He was also very cheerful and easy to talk to.

I really enjoyed the week's holiday I booked in Madeira through this tour company. The walks where perfect for me, not too demanding and not too tough. The scenery was stunning, the guide was knowledgeable and always had a very good sense of humour. The other people on the holiday were great company. The hotels were well chosen, the food was great. Everything was arranged very well indeed. The one disappointment was the weather, it was unseasonably cold. One word of advice, if you suffer from vertigo think twice before going on this holiday!
