Thai 12 day Intro with our tour leader Nathalia was such an amazing experience. Everything when so smoothly and she was very helpful and there to answers all our questions. The group got along so well and we truly became a family. Under Nat leadership create such a fun environment to creat an experience of a live time ‚

Guide was great. I was disappointed that we didn't get to go to the museum because it was closed. The trip was fine, food was good and the flower market was nice to see. I am very disappointed that the trip voucher stated that the trip joining point and ending point are the Viengtai Hotel. However I found out after the trip started that actually I had to get my own transportation back to the Viengtai Hotel at the end. I had not planned for this in my trip budget. This was unexpected and is not acceptable.

Having come from the north part of the total Thailand experience the south was a great mix of beaches and activities where we were able to see some of the most beautiful places. NoNi and Gogi did a great job handling our tour as there were particularly bad weather conditions making activities and transport more complicated to manage. They made sure we felt comfortable on all the different forms of travels and kept us smiling even when it kept raining making sure to organise alternative activities and ensure we were having a good time.
