Hi Stefania! Sorry to take so long to write back. It has been crazy trying to get back into the swing of things at work after that trip. Italy was amazing!! We absolutely loved it! As for feedback on the trip, we really don't have anything that was negative. We loved everything that was planned! We especially loved how you planned the sites that we went and how the pattern flowed (not sure if you did it on purpose but we think so). Also, thank you for being very accessible to us during the whole planning of the trip. You helped put us at ease and it was very reassuring that we chose the right company. That is all that I can given you that might be considered constructive. The rest I could say would just be compliments on everything else. If I can think of anything else that I think is useful I will definitely email you. Amazing discovery of Vietnam I had such a nice trip ! Thanks to the tour operator, my discovery of sapa / Hanoï / Hoi A was perfect. Chloe organised every detail and was available 24/7. Thanks to the amazing guides I had the chance to meet during my travel. I 100% recommend Vietnam Tours
Martina was an amazing trip leader full of knowledge of all the places we visited. It was great to get information from her about everything to do around the places we visited as well as learn about the history. Whilst the city orientations were good, it would have been nice to potentially get a guide for the main cities and see a bit more with them. The temple of the fallen was great to go and see however the guide was very quiet so couldn’t hear her much so wasn’t really worth it. It would have been good to have a few more activities included or some more optional activities available as most days were free days and some additional guidance would have been nice. For example having a set night/time to go and see a flamenco show rather than organising it ourselves.
