Visits to marvelous UNESCO sites and historical locations, good food and wines and port wine tasting, incredible shopping experiences, professional tour guide and driver. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.
This is an absolute ‘must do’ trip! This is easily one of the best trips I’ve ever done - I had an absolute blast and highly recommend it!
The TMB itself is just incredible, words can’t describe how beautiful it is. Every day was different and the hiking was just so much fun. Just make sure you have a good level of fitness or you won’t enjoy it as much as you should!
I really enjoyed the group dynamic and was happy with the accommodation - we had two nights in what I’d class as hostel style accommodation (private rooms with shared bathrooms but sink in room which was good!) and the remainder in 2/3* hotels. Rooms were spotlessly clean, beds were comfy and hot showers were plentiful which is exactly what you need after a day on the trail! :)
Food was so good throughout - Lunch has never tasted better!
Our trip to Ireland hosted by Guide Jacqui Connelly with Coach driver Sam (9/2/23 to 9/9/23). My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the tour from the sites visited and the knowledge of the guide to the wonderful personalities of both Jacqui and Sam. This was my second tour of Ireland (the first 23 years ago) and I feel this tour will be the most memorable due to the teamwork between Jacqui and Sam. All the sites we visited were exciting and picturesque. The hotels were accommodating and the restaurants we visited, both on our own and with the tour, were wonderful. This is not only a review of the trip but also a thank you to Jacqui and Sam for being so caring, respectful, and knowledgeable of the history and customs of their beautiful country of Ireland.
