This was a great whistle stop tour of Cuba giving a fantastic insight into Cuban life, Politics and history thanks to our excellent tour leader Jose. Lots of time was spent travelling in the bus but that was anticipated as per the trip notes. However it meant short stays in each destination, especially Santiago de Cuba. The trip met and exceeded my personal expectations but I would have liked extra time in certain places. I really enjoyed the jungle trek and sleeping out under the stars.
Cuba has to be up there with probably one of the most amazing destinations I have had a chance to visit. I loved the culture, food, sights and the weather.
A wonderful trip - truly a Taste of Cuba, well paced and informative, fun and inspiring. Friendly people and great weather! A great group of travelling companions made it so much more - we all connected well. Can't wait to go back again and see more of this fast changing country, especially the glorious capitol, Havana.
