We, like others on our trip, wanted to experience Cuba before it changes to radically. We weren't disappointed. Cuba is a wonderful country, with great scenary and fantastic people. Our tour takes us from Havana to Trinidad and back via Che Guavara's mausoleum. So on this trip, you get a real insight into the modern social history, which was fascinating. You get to see the wonderful city that is Havana and from there, the chance to cycle in some spectacular scenary as you head towards the Caribbean side of the island. Thoroughly recommended
Really enjoyed the trip with only one or two gripes as follows. I don't understand why you booked a trip to be in Cuba over May Day. This meant we didn't get to see any of the parade because we were in Vinales, couldn't see Che Guevara's mausoleum and, although I don't smoke cigars, some people might have liked to see the inside of a cigar factory and there were some very long days on buses although, in fairness, we had been warned.
Cuban Highlights Cycling Adventure When I took the Exodus flyer from my windscreen 8 years ago at my local trail centre, I knew I'd be going on a cycling holiday one day... and that day has just been. Cuba did not disappoint - it is a perfect destination for a holiday like this. Lots of cycling and lots of culture... oh and lots of Mojitos!
