I was so delighted with the knowledge and experience of the lecture presenters. I had amazed that so many had doctorate degrees and years of research experience. This trip has exceeded my dreams in so many ways.

We had a great trip! Accommodation ranged from good to excellent. Breakfasts were included but some early departures resulted in them being missed. Transfers were good and on time. Andres at the tour operator responded quickly to our questions and solved a few problems for us. The itinerary was great. Although Santa Theresa was hard to get to (rough roads, long drive) it was fun to see. You get to see a lot of Costa Rica on this trip.

I was initaily rather worried that The Inca Trail would be full of hikers and that you wouldn't be able to see Machu Picchu because of the tourists bussed up there each day. I was totaly wrong, it was everything I hoped the trip would be!
