Trip Exceeded my Expectations Sebastian and Carolina were extremely helpful putting the tour together to South America. We had a great trip, the itinerary was good and I enjoyed the fact that there was free time to explore on our own. Hotels were excellent. Tours were great and pick ups were punctual or early . I only wish we could have stayed longer. The trip exceeded my expectations. I will certainly use your services again. Thank you
Had an Unforgettable Time We had an amazing time in Argentina/Chile and many thanks to this tour operator for arranging most our transfers and some of our hotels. Vera and Yuna were amazing in sorting our itinerary and making last minute changes promptly, very attentive to our requests and made detailed programs. Our couple friends used this operator for their Argentinian travels and recommended it to us, this made us to choose to work with you. We also do not know much about Argentina and we are not to familiar with Patagonia (which is the main purpose of our trip) and needed some help in transfers and excursions. The highlight of our trip was definitely Patagonia in particular, Torres del Paine is just absolutely spectacular. The hotels we stayed in all had a different vibe and character to it, which we liked. The transfers between towns, airports and excursions went all smoothly. Our favorite hotel is Torres del Paine, Las Torres. Its a little fancier than the others but homely and cosy at the same time. Its location, right in the park was just so stunning, having to wake up in the mornings to the sight of the park was just wonderful. The hosteria we stayed in El Chalten was also lovely, small but homely and cosy. We chatted and met quite a few people, I guess thats the beauty of staying in a quaint hosteria! Also loved the mountain refugee in the woods we accidentally stayed in ( this was suppose to be the Eco Domes but nevertheless we had an amazing time), it was so tranquil and quiet. Great to get away from connectivity some times. Both excursions at the Perito Moreno glaciers, one which was included in the package and the other mini trek up the glaciers, were wonderful. But I must say the excursion from El Calafate to Torres del Paine is the winner! Absolutely wonderful tour guide, very attentive and always making sure we are fine especially at the border controls. Humorous and love listening to his exceptional knowledge in the geology of the park. So all guides were wonderful but the Torres del Paine one is the winner. There were a couple of hiccups but nothing big issues. For example, We noticed that we could have gotten in earlier connecting flights so maybe next time, if you can give options of flights on the day of flying and we can make our choice based on our schedule say if we rather pay a little extra but will leave a little earlier. Its similar to the options you gave us for hotels, you can also give us for flights. And to ask where we will also need baggage allowance for the flights. But in all, we had a unforgettable time and left with wonderful memories.
I am happy to give feedback about our travels in Argentina! We had a great time! 1. I chose this travel organizer based on several things including great reviews, comprehensive custom tour offerings at good prices and personal service. 2. Agustin was very efficient and helpful in all aspects of the booking process. He created a perfect combination of tours in the selected destinations including all transfers. Payments were simple and easy via PayPal and it worked great that all three of us could pay individually. He was also very patient will all of my questions via email and wrote back promptly with advice and suggestions. He also communicated with me while we were in Argentina about concerns with a possible pilots strike by Aerolineas Argentina and helped resolve the changes that we needed to do both before and after the strike was resolved. Kudos to your emergency crew as well who were aware of everything that was going on with us and were right on top of things. I had to call them several times with issues related to the threatened strike and also a transfer at the end of our trip. Great job all round! 3. My favorite hotel was probably Dazzler Palermo though I would have liked a hotel that was a little closer to Recoleto or San Telmo areas as it turned out. Most of the other hotels had large rooms and friendly staff. Koi Aiken in El Calafate was also pretty far outside the center of town but we liked the hotel otherwise. The one place that we didnt care for was De Los Andes in Ushuaia. The triple room we had was very small, barely room for three beds and we had to squeeze by one of the beds to get to the bathroom. The hotel seemed very old and needs some updating. The location was very nice though. I wouldnt recommend this hotel. 5. We really liked all of our excursions in Ushuaia (Tierra del Fuego hike and canoe, Trek to Esmerelda Lagoon and Beagle Channel cruise) but also the Peninsula Valdes tour to Punta Norte from Puerto Madryn because of all the animals that we saw that day. 6. Our two favorite guides were: Tina for our walking tour in Buenos Aires. She took us to the southern part of the city to San Telmo and La Boca and was very easy to talk with and very informative. Daniel in Ushuaia for our Tierra del Fuego hike and canoe and also the trek to Esmerelda Lagoon. He gave us two very good days of activity and is very knowledgeable about the area. 7. I think the only thing that we were disappointed in was the hotel in Ushuaia, otherwise we absolutely loved the entire trip! We all agreed that this operator was great to work with and created a perfect trip for us! Thanks so much!
