Our tour company provided a very well planned and executed trip. Communication prior to the trip was easy, and they were very good about answering questions.The guide, Alex, was excellent. He was very well informed about the geological and historical history of Northern Italy, and he was eager to share this history with us. Alex would be an excellent professor! He always let us know what the next day's hike would be like, and he would describe the hikes by his estimated degree of "spiciness" (one pepper, two peppers, etc.).The Hotel Adler was the perfect place to stay for the week. The Adler is family owned and staffed, as it has been for over 50 years. They were very friendly, warm and welcoming, and couldn't have been more helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the menu varied every night. The small dining room staff of 3 or 4, were there for every meal, and were very friendly, helpful, and efficient.Of the 16 people on this trip, all but 3 or 4 of us had traveled with this tour operator before multiple times. Not only was this trip very well planned, organized, and executed, it was also an extremely good value at half of the price of other companies we looked at for a similar itinerary. I will definitely travel with this tour company again.

The trip exceeded my expectations, I now have memories that will last a lifetime. Seeing the different areas of Japan, very beautiful and a place like no other. Seeing the snow monkeys was so cool and the stunning temples. It was also great to see the iconic Torii gates of Fushimi-Inari. It was a good mix between city life and culture. I have done 4 countries with Intro now and I am looking forward to doing the South Africa trip next. Jeremy made the trip extra special, his energy was contagious. He went above and beyond for the group. Whether it was researching recommended for places to eat for the people with dietary requirements or helping people that wanted to see different sites and instructing them on how to get there, how much it costs etc. He looked out to make sure everyone was having a great time. We were very lucky to have him as our leader for our trip.

A really enjoyable holiday. Sardinia is a beautiful island and very unspoilt - no high rise buildings, good roads and in October, hardly any traffic. Our two guides were excellent and as usual take you to places off the beaten track that you would never visit if you were on your own. The coastline which we mostly followed was full of little bays , coves and gorgeous beaches. It was the last trip of the season, but apart from the Mistral wind for 2 days, was a very pleasant temperature and several of the group went swimming. Highlights were the trip to the island, the Agro Tourism stays and the fabulous food.
