This travel company has given me not only one of the best trekking experiences of my life but also gave me the chance to get to know lots of new great friends from allover the world. The moment I booked Rajendra Lamichhane was in constant contact with me to answer all my questions and to make sure that preparing for the trek was easier for me. When I arrived at Kathmandu he helped me himself to get all I needed and be prepared for the trek. The guide (Bhairas Tamang) had much experience in the trek itself add to that much medical knowledge especially about altitude sickness and how to treat it which helped us avoid it during the trek. Having good English have made communication qith him much easier but how friendly, sociable and understanding he was was what made him a great companion. I was offered exceptional service at every place we stayed in during the trek. Best of all mu goal was their aim and they helped me with all means possible to reach it. If you're intrested in visiting Nepal for an extraordinary trek, this company is your best choice.

Honestly, it's hard to put a trek like this into words: they rarely do proper justice to experiences such as this one. The trek could not have gone better. Of course our guide, Suman, and our porter, Thakur, were helpful and accommodating - no, beyond merely helpful and accommodating - but I can almost guarantee you that you will find this sort of selflessness across a plethora of trekking companies in Nepal. So, what separates this tour operator from the rest is the willingness to go that extra mile: from the off, our tour specialist, Upendra, flew in from SINGAPORE to greet us at the airport!! That's already ridiculous but, to add, throughout the trek, we could not have been in safer or kinder hands. In hindsight, I definitely took wayyy too much and Thakur was the one who had to pay the hefty price; however, despite carrying not only my small suitcase but also my friend's backpack, not once did he complain. In fact, he was as cheery as cheery could be. By the end of the trip, we had all become very friendly. The four of us played cards most nights and shared some great laughs and experiences together. I reiterate: I have not done this trek and the people involved justice; however, to put it candidly, if you want a trek with great experiences/sights, you can get that practically anywhere; if you want a trek guided and organised by great people with the great experiences/sights that you get almost by default, I urge you to find Upendra and ask for Suman and Thakur! P.S. Although I'm sure everyone he hires will be great!

Gogi was absolutely amazing! He made sure that everything ran smoothly and that we had no issues. Always responded quickly to any of our questions and help organize lots of taxis/ferries etc. for those heading home soon after. Gogi made sure we were all safe! He has lots of experience and knowledge and it shows with always knowing the best bars, restaurants, places to shop etc. I had an amazing time! 27 days flew by so quickly. Made such good memories! Thank you to both Gogi and Smile as well as the team for such an amazing trip!
