I cannot possibly speak high enough of this trek. From the day we booked, the local travel expert Upendra responded promptly to emails and answered all of the questions that we had regarding the trek/weather/and time in Kathmandu. Upon arriving in Kathmandu we were picked up from the airport by our guide Raju who proved to go over and above for the next 13 days that he spent with us. Raju was very friendly and provided us with knowledge and history about the surrounding areas. I became quite ill a week into the trek and Raju made my health his priority which was very comforting. I felt very safe at all times knowing that Raju was in charge! Together, our guide, our porter and Upendra made this the most amazing experience of my life!

Bijay Lama (our guide) was by far one of the nicest guys we met in Nepal. He spoke English very well and was able to answer all of our questions regarding mountains, wildlife, Sherpa life, etc... He gave us recommendations on food, walking speed and breathing techniques depending on our location throughout the hike. I would highly recommend.

Travelled with my 16 and 18 year old for last holiday before University- had a wonderful 2 weeks and made new friends. Everyone was friendly, relaxed ,happy and pleased to socialise. Kids ranged from 11 to 18years but gelled well together. Always some one to talk to. Full on trip but variable in activities. But opportunities to be alone if all too much. Loved it!
