Vanezza was very friendly and welcoming since the beginning. Any questions I had, she was helpful with useful information. During the tour I also had a dental issue where I needed a dentist and she helped me a lot and managed to find me a dentist to sort it out. I would highly recommend this tour and Vanezza as a tour guide. -anastasia

I recently did the 15 day Vietnam experience tour and it was the trip of a lifetime! The amount of activities and places we covered was insane - it is the best way to travel Vietnam in a short time period and get an authentic experience. The tour operated seamlessly and was such an enjoyable experience, especially because of our amazing group leader, Danny, who was so friendly, fun, and knowledgeable about Vietnam. I cannot recommend intro enough!!

Couldnt have asked for a better trek, guide, porter and support team. Ganesha and Mekhman were friendly, warm, and helpful from the get go till the very end. Thank you to them for making it unforgettable! Lodges were good, much more food variety than Id expected, and always friendly.
