An impressive holiday on all counts What an experience. A week of varied routes; a forest trail amongst snow laden trees - like a Narnia snowscene, mountain ascents with beautiful scenery along the way, impressive mountain ranges, breathtaking lakes, stunning mountain huts . . .
A fabulous family run hotel with warm and friendly staff, elegant rooms, comfortable beds and a deep bath with copious amounts of hot water. Immense breakfast choice, fabulous food and wine, cosy bar and snug and a relaxing wellness centre.
Beautiful scenery, interesting country, real contrast between the mountainous interior and scenic coastline, lovely food, great weather and lovely friendly people - both locals and in our group. This was definitely a trip worth taking.
Cycling was good and like many other reviewers,we thought this was more challenging than its current grading.
We couldn't believe how little we spent over the week - though to be honest there wasn't much to buy, other than the essentials.
The Finish Wilderness week offered a wonderful array of winter activities to try out with no previous experience needed. Myself and my 21 year old son had a wonderful time meeting both our needs and interpretations of what the holiday would offer us. We enjoyed each others company and the company of the rest of the group whilst enjoying each day to the full. The landscape was truly stunning and everyone was so friendly. Would definitely recommend it. Thank you Exodus.
