The tour leader, Katarina, was excellent. She was knowledgeable, dedicated and caring with a great sense of humour. The group size (30) enabled me to get to know everyone. The tour guides at the locations were informative. I learned a lot about Eastern Europe under Nazi and Communist control. The meals were excellent. The Chopin concert was a bonus. I realize that time was limited in certain locations and would have enjoyed spending a little more time in Auschwitz-Birkenau, Berlin and Prague. Nevertheless, it was an excellent trip.

Got to see some beautiful cities, lakes and the ocean. Made some stops in tiny cities I would have never seen otherwise! The Budapest to Croatia leg of the trip doesn’t have too many long drives, the longest was 4-5 hours but the average long trip was 2 hours or so, very manageable. Great opportunities for free time and exploring if you want to break apart from the group for a few hours

Our tour director Greg Redfin was the best! So much knowledge , very friendly we had a great time with him. We had a great group on our bus. We liked most of the things planned on our itinerary. I do suggest less Optional Experiences and include it in the planned tours. I also was disappointed with the airport pickup and drop off. You should have open pickup times, since everyone comes in at different times or give you a credit to use since most on our tour had to pay out of pocket for pickups and drop offs.
