Honest insights from past guests on our England tours

Our Tour Director was very knowledgeable, well-organized and able to multi-task with a large tour group. Our bus driver had excellent driving and parking skills. Busy schedule with long days but an opportunity to see many more things than we could do on our own.

An excellent trip, our guide provided excellent tips and advice. Some long bus rides and early starts, but other than that it was a dream. There is plenty of time to go exploring on your own. Highly recommend.

Excellent tour director n driver. Wales was a bit disappointing as we drove in late and drove out early next day. We also were told if we accepted the offer and paid a deposit within several weeks for a possible another tour Trafalgar were give a discount. We had booked another tour with Trafalgar “ Scandinavia and its Fiord “ commencing 21/09/2025 , and did not get any discount. why. We experienced a similar no discount several years ago when we did Egypt, Turkey, Ireland, Greece and Italy one after the other. PLEASE comment

Nice balance of scheduled activities and free time. There was flexibility to opt in or out of some activities. The tour guide was excellent and informative. I saw nearly everything that I would have liked to see had I planned the itinerary myself and had a few experiences that I wouldn’t have been able to access if not for the tour. I traveled alone and found the tour group to be very welcoming and provided shared experience which made the trip more fulfilling.

I expected and got a deeper insight into this area than my previous visits. Well done. A great TD and driver. I hope my next Trafalgar tour in a week or so is just as satisfying.

It was well-rounded and packed with daily activities. We saw and did a lot of things with the tour group, but at the same time we had ample time on our own to explore. At the end, we didn't feel cheated and definitely got our money's worth!
