We avoid camp fires when on the trail and advise our guests to buy wood-fueled hot showers in lodges. On all our ventures we always make sure we give ‘something back’to the community. Unique Adventure has always been involved with helping build schools in mountain villages, assisting widows with an income source, helping educate porters’ children’ and assisting the disabled who have been injured while escorting guests on the mountains etcetera. During the earthquakes that hit Nepal in 2015, we initiated a project called: ‘Hand in Hand Nepal’’ – with the aim to ‘Keep the Mountains Clean – Give back to the Community’’.
