I am originally from London, but after buying a house in Portugal about 20 years ago, I eventually decided to move here full-time 10 years ago. Soon after, I started a travel service providing tailor-made vacations. When I first started out, I wanted to make sure that I could meet some very demanding expectations. Initially, I focused only on the Algarve region, where I live, but then the focus was increased to all of Portugal. Later on, that focus was increased again to cover all of Spain and its islands. I had to make sure I was familiar with all of the regions and cities. Now, I can say I have travelled the entire Iberian Peninsula and have the experience to offer you a wonderful vacation, no matter your interests or requirements. I know the best hotels, apartments and villas to suit all budgets. The best tour guides. The best sights to see and experiences to do. And all the different transport options to fit all budgets.

As a kid born and bred in Cairo, I was always surrounded by the mystiques of Egypt and its rich history. Growing up here was great fun. It is always warm, so I was always outside playing, exploring and learning new things. My Dad used to travel a lot around Egypt as he was in charge of sales and marketing at one of the travel companies and my summer holidays were spent with him on the grounds. I used to tag along with him to different places in Egypt, which is when I first developed my love for traveling. I earned my degree in interior design and during my last year at school, I went to help my uncle in Sharm el Shaikh at one of the most popular resorts in the Red Sea. I had a great time there meeting new people from all over the world. That experience revived my love for traveling and meeting new people. Hence, right after I finished school instead of working in interior design, I decided to take a job in the tourism industry. I started at a small hotel but went on to work for a tour operator in Cairo, helping individual travelers plan their holidays around Egypt. Then in 2006, I started Timeless Egypt with one of my best friends.

I am a passionate and experienced travel professional with more than 10 years of experience in the tourism industry. I grew up in Egypt, surrounded by its rich history, culture, and incredible monuments, which inspired my love for travel and hospitality from a young age. Over the years, I have specialized in creating unforgettable travel experiences for visitors from all around the world. My experience includes organizing day tours, tailor-made tour packages, Nile cruises, hotel accommodation, airport transfers, domestic flight bookings, and complete travel arrangements across Egypt. I truly enjoy helping travelers discover the beauty of my country while ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and happy throughout their journey. What motivates me most is meeting people from different cultures and seeing the happiness on clients’ faces after a successful trip. I believe travel is not only about visiting places, but also about creating memories, learning new things, and building connections between people. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new destinations, learning about history, and improving my knowledge in tourism and customer service.

Tourism is not just a job for me, it is a passion. I have travelled to many countries and to all major cities in Egypt and Jordan. I know the culture of each destination, the best things to do and what to see. I was raised in a family that worked in tourism. My late father was actually one of the top travel experts in Egypt! From him, I acquired a love of tourism and learned the complexities of the business. Not just that, I learnt how to cater to travellers' requests and provide top notch service. To complement the expertise I learned, I went to school and earned Bachelor's degrees in tourism and economics both, and then a Master’s degree. My studies helped me to strengthen my ability to analyse the market and to be aware of the complexities of different products and how to integrate e-tourism to enhance my marketing techniques. Today, with experience spanning over 20 years, I manage to cater to all tastes and budgets and design dream holidays at very competitive costs, with high-quality services. Although my travel agency is among the top in Egypt, my ambition is to make it the best!
