I'm from Rajasthan, also known as "the land of Maharajas" and grew up in Jaipur. Coming from a family who was already in the travel industry for the past 35 years, my interest in tourism developed from a very early age. After I graduated, I joined my father in his travel company, a family business, and started learning as much as I could. I traveled extensively while working at my father's company. It was then that I discovered my love for meeting new people and for trying new food. Afterward, I wanted to share my country, its food, and my experiences with people all over the world. However, my father's company only catered to local travelers. I then started a travel company on my own. I love making new and unique itineraries to offer amazing experiences to travelers to India. As a child, I lived and travelled the length and breadth of India and Nepal, which made me comfortable in many environments. I also had a very disciplined upbringing; my father was a retired general in the Indian Army and thus timing, discipline and punctuality are like a second skin to me. I grew up extremely confident and passionate about a whole lot of things, and I am still that way now. Climbing, for one, is an activity that is close to my heart and I have climbed to 7100 metres! I’m an avid Supebiker and as a youngster also designed motorbikes and did a roadshow on BBC about the same. I was also a passionate DJ in my early years. I'm a specialized landscape and wildlife photographer, something I’m deeply passionate about. I am also into fitness and train 6 days a week. However, despite all of these interests, I never lose focus of my real passion...travel. Travel is something I've done for over 30 years now.

I was born and brought up in the desert state of Rajasthan in the northeast of India. Despite this, I love travelling in the mountains. Throughout the year I travel all over India; between mountains, to historic Rajasthan and in the southern states Kerala and Tamilnadu. The contrasting lifestyle and culture of these places never ceases to amaze me. The luxury palace hotels of Rajasthan to mud houses of Spiti valley, from luxury desert camping to altitude camping at 18000 feet, from spicy Rajasthani food to Yak's milk tea and from the overwhelming crowded bazaars of Old Delhi to the peaceful mountain lakes of Himalayas, I have experienced it all. I enjoy photography as well, and as a tour operator, I have escorted more than 50 family trips where I have also done the photography. I love being able to share beautiful candid photos of a trip with my clients.
